Any good books?

Post by fightfan95 »

I've just ordered a book about Sugar Ray, Hagler, Hearns and Duran and I can't wait to give it a read...

Any of you read some good books? What are they?

Four Kings is a really good read, when you're done try and get hold of Babyface In Hollywood - its a biography of Jimmy McClarnin and is brilliant - Corner Men and In This Corner are classics and I really have enjoyed reading and re reading them :TU:

I've just ordered Four Kings - can't wait to read it... I think In This Corner may be my next read! I want one about the Benn, Eubank, Watson era - and I want to try find some about the Benn / McClellan fight - but I don't know if there is anything...

There is a book about the Benn V McClellan bout, its called War, Baby and is on Amazon for £1.40 plus postage. There's a biography of Watson and one of Benn as well. Happy reading!

Thank you for that another book added :) I'm thinking of giving 'No Middle Ground: Eubank, Benn, Watson and the golden era of British boxing' a read as well.
