I suggest Khan should wait longer, maybe even long enough for Roman Gonzalez to grow into a WW

Yep, I agree.handsofstone wrote:I suggest Khan should wait longer, maybe even long enough for Roman Gonzalez to grow into a WW
'Cuz look how well that same strategy has worked out before!
We got those epic fights with Floyd and Manny, then he followed that with Thurman and the rematches with Swift and Mai-
Oh, wait...
Re: Nobody left for Khan but Brook
I'm not going to say that I wouldn't love to see these two fight because I think that it would be a great fight with Brook winning via KO, but i can't say that i'm looking forward to this pubic negotiation about to take place between these two idiots. I can see them arguing about who can wear the color gold for a week or two.
Khan struggling with Algieri told us quite a bit about where his game is at right now. I have Khan no better than the #8th best Welterweight today. He will lose to Manny, Porter, Thurman, Spence Jr, Brook, Bradley or Garcia.

Re: Nobody left for Khan but Brook
Brook needs a fight with Khan more than Khan does. I know that seems odd considering Brook is World champ, but he needs a career defining fight, and Khan is ideal for that. Personally I think Khan is too good for Brook.

I agree with Brook needing the fight more.Batley18 wrote:Brook needs a fight with Khan more than Khan does. I know that seems odd considering Brook is World champ, but he needs a career defining fight, and Khan is ideal for that. Personally I think Khan is too good for Brook.
All Brook has is a questionable win over Porter.
But, I think Brook is good enough to get to Khan's chin and has enough power to make something happen.
