Durodola Fails Drug Test
Durodola Fails Drug Test
Kudryashov fight to be declared a no contest. This stuff makes me laugh. Do bettors get their $ back when their money back when results are overturned? Of course not.
Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
Nothing confirmed though it is a bit shady with the Russian anti doping involved who are banned by world anti doping anyway.

Stinks like a defrosted Woolly Mammoth in Siberia due to global warming
Utter BS.
As Naandrew says - WADA doesn't even recognize these guys.
Why should boxing?
Kudryashov fought like a total idiot without a game plan, trying to bully the fight rather than box it, and punched himself out quickly.
Durodola schooled him

Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
They absolutely should get their money back. Instead of a NC the loss should be on the dirty guy's record, and win on the clean guy's record. I've said before, if they want it to stop they need to make it a lifetime ban, or at least much stiffer penalty than it is. If not, open it up and let it be a free for all.diddy wrote:Kudryashov fight to be declared a no contest. This stuff makes me laugh. Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
I really hope no one is surprised that Durodola failed a drug test.
Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
sounds like the ruskies are trying to save Kudyashov's "zero" lol
however boxing fans will never forget that amateur demolishment of kudrya

Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
I understand the skepticism, but it's stupid to assume that it must be BS because of the location; someone fighting in Russia doesn't mean they can't also be taking PEDs. I haven't seen which substance it was, but looking at Duradola would people really be surprised if he were using something?
Incidentally, Wach, whom Povetkin handily beat, is said to have been caught using again, and Guillermo Jones had failed before outside Russia too. It's not as if the guys failing on Ryabinsky's shows are the unlikeliest of characters...

Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
i actually get pissed off reading these kinds of stories when none of them ever
identify the substance. it's like pulling teeth getting them to identify the substance.
they announce the boxers failed the test. they are public about that. why keep the
substance a secret? not all drugs on those lists are PED's. more often than not it's
MJ or some over the counter diet bullshit they take trying to cut weight. if you're
going to announce the boxer failed the test, just identify the damn substance.
some of these substances most people couldn't care less about. if it is some ped
that makes a difference, maybe they should hold purses until they pass their drug
tests, and if they fail, keep the purse and make them pay a fine in order to get their
licenses back. use the withheld purses and fines to help pay for more testing.

Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
very useful having first hand information and having discussions.
i train wth durodola, i am not a pro i just enjoy boxing and learn by sparring.
he did his camp at the gym i train at and we helped him with sparring.
i already commented on this prior
r to the fight and kept everybody who discussed the build up to that fight in the loop.
he worked like a tireless dog. had sparring partners eye ajagba all african games gold medallist and his brother heavy and super heavyweights and they battered him. made him quit one session and after that he adjusted and improved as the camp went along.
i boxed him and mostly stayed on the outside as thats thinly way to beat him if you brawl with him here is only one winner.
anyway never seen him take any drugs or anything strange in camp however i do not know what he did in his own private time i have full time job so i just train thee and go home. he's an honest and hard working guy and i know he put the work in. conditions in lagos nigeria are extremely harsh and its full of poverty and he is one of those so people see are naturally toughened up. so his toughness is a product of environment .
i sent him the article yesterday as some people don't use the internet or research boxing like some others do so thats fair enough and he was shocked last night i felt bad breaking this to him as i know and witnessed how hard he worked and being the underdog. he told me the only thing he bought was amino fuel 2000, which was over the counter as the guys here don't have money for no nonsense pets. either way asked me to check if anything in that substance is banned and i am not well versed in that, but from what i read online it sees like a normal protein whey product for the masses.
either way the russians could have easily disclosed what substance he failed the drug test on as now i gotta be honest it just looks like they are trying to protect a fighter they have nurtured and heavy invested in kudryashov. can you blame them? they have billionaire ryabnksy in their corner and durodola has nobody lmao all i do is provide him wit up to dat info as i follow the sport. so hopefully justice will prevail.
no idea what one does with this sort of thing my guess is appeal or get another Sample etc who knows. suppose his promoter will know what to do. on hopes lol.
at the end of the day its boxing and the guys with the money always win its just a shame that someone who has never failed a drug test in any of his fights, who has shown toughness and punching power historically, now makes a life breakthrough by beating a fighter he was basically brought in to lose to and they now go and do this to him the moment he has EARNED a life changing moment. as this belt has forced doors to be pen to him that are not supposed to be open. shame. but its boxing and we are used to this kind of crap so no biggie. another one probably bites the dust.
would be more manly for kudryashov promoters to just organise a rematch if they truly believe in their man lane is happy for the pay day more money in the bank to eat and live off.

Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
Kudrayshov is a brawler. Why would his camp choose to fight a brawler? Horrible matchmaking. Like you said you box against Durodola. You don't slug it out. That's all Kudrayshov knows how to do.
Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
PED usage is so rampant I have no choice but to suspect many fighters. Especially the dirt poor ones from dirt poor countries who may need a little extra to survive. There are no morals or limits when you're a product of a hellish environment.
Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
When they don't immediately come out and say what the substance was I give the report it's proper due.sucracristo wrote:i actually get pissed off reading these kinds of stories when none of them ever

Which is to say I simply dismiss it as a straight up lie from crooked promoters and/or drug testing agencies attempting to protect their investment.

Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
I know Durodola and have sparred him a few times he is a very big and strong crusierweight. I do not see him using any illegal drugs with his knowledge but I know boxing is crooked and people will do what they have to save there fighters from a loss. But I also know that trainers will give there fighter supplements and they could be illegal and the fighter would take because we trust our teams. I hope all is cleared if I was Durodola I would have took it into my own hands and had my team do a drug test the day I found out I failed might not changed the ruling of the fight but to clear my name for the future. I wish him the best in the future.

he did not took anything. he simply beat kudryashov and the russian dont wanna accept that. they dope so much themselves but all of the sudden, everytime one of their boxers gets beaten, the opponent must have taken something, like guillermo jones or durdula...i hate boxing politics
Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
Are you saying that Jones didn't take anything? Don't be ridiculous. Durodola took Kudryashov's best shots and still kept coming. He looked too durable for being clean. Most of them take stuff, but boxers from 3rd world countries are sometimes not competent enough to hide that stuff.Chepppaaa wrote:GalenBadBoyBrown wrote:I know Durodola and have sparred him a few times he is a very big and strong crusierweight. Re: Durodola Fails Drug Test
Anything that was in his system will almost certainly have passed through by now, so that couldn't prove his innocence or guilt either way. Fighters doing their own drugs tests is a good way of stopping anything dodgy going on though, instead of giving the usual A and B samples, give another two samples that they can take away themselves and have them tested indepedently if this sort of situation comes up.GalenBadBoyBrown wrote:I know Durodola and have sparred him a few times he is a very big and strong crusierweight.
