Maybe that's why the press are giving Fury such a hard time, they are using this as a dress rehearsal for when one of them clowns become President.

Bigotry is racism. Last I checked Islam is NOT a race, but a religion. A set of ideas, opinions, beliefs, and theocracies. Last I checked, having a differing opinion is NOT bigotry. In fact, it is a Constitutional right to believe as you want to. And to take it a step further, because people are under a delusion that the Constitution protects the rights of persons FOREIGN to the States, the laws and freedoms only apply to those WITHIN THE JURISDICTION of the United States. That is how Jimmy Carter, Dwight Eisenhower, Abraham Lincoln and many others in the past.... deported illegals, and temporarily halted immigration.

I still can't believe that we have allowed our society to criminalize the expression of ideas. When you criminalize the expression of ideas you accept that some ideas are so powerful that they can't be countered with logic and reason.
Our American cousins by no means have a perfect society but I do find it admirable that their constitution enshrines real freedom of speech into law.

Re: Police investigating Fury comments now
Edward Snowden, in my view, is something of a hero and patriot because he let the people know what was going on in this country. He made it clear that the government could at any time, read your emails, texts, etc. (a claim the government says is not true, that they can only see who you talk to and for how long) and him being called a terrorist or committing treason.... I think is wrong, and in my opinion he should be exonerated. What he did was show how much of an over-reach the government's powers have grown since 9/11 and that the government was in clear violation of the freedoms protected under the Constitution.Lenny Cravats wrote:What's your view on Snowden, Henry?
