'plenty' so you've seen his training schedule then? or have you seen that he sometimes goes for a late night run for the 24/7 cameras?

boxers fight in sprints, 3 minutes on 1 minutes off. Their training should workthe energy systems required for this. I know it sounds crazy, but plenty of boxers and s&c coaches are actually doing it right these days.

Joshuas stomach really does point towards something I'm not going to mention. It's extremely blatant in my opinion.

A guy I know has bigger arms than Joshua. He's on roids and his stomach sticks out like that.

It's surely a very bold man who exists in the public eye, to the extent Joshua has since turning pro, to be taking regular roids.

You cannot really test for HGH. Urine tests do not show anything up and blood tests can but only if done within 24 hours of usage.
