PPV cut to add break during the round O'Sullivan quit
First of all I didn't pay for the fight and this is the reason why. They really need to stop taking the piss out of fans by showing adds between rounds on PPVs.

Same shite they always pull. Like going to the ads just after Fury was announced as the winner v Klit

Imo, the fact that Sky have recently started showing adverts throughout PPVs absolutely proves that they don't really regard the cards as being of any higher standard than the average Saturday Fight Night.
Re: PPV cut to add break during the round O'Sullivan quit
Well I think it shows they are greedy fukkers trying to maximise the revenue by taking both revenue streams but also that the PPV money by itself is not enough and needs topping up

Money grabbing bastards, creamin extra off sky subscribers and probably charging extra for the advertiser to show their product during these fights. Sky need to realise we dont pay for adverts we pay for the boxing show. They put ads in cause the ppl they have commentating and the ppl they have in the studio are boring as fvck so they need to break it up or the supposed experts on boxing will just keep repeating themselves throughout the show

Well get used to it, Eddie said the numbers where great. The seed has been sown.
Re: PPV cut to add break during the round O'Sullivan quit
It's disgusting, if they can show football for just over 45 mins at a time without ads why can't they do the same with boxing?

Do you seriously think they give a f""k about fans ?
It's a business aimed at squeezing every penny of profitability out of it.
Why would they turn down advertising revenue in between rounds ?
It's done great numbers wise.
Only way is to vote with the on off button.

Had a year of Eddie saying how great the Grosvenor casino partnership was and how they were helping each other grow.
After the 500 William hill adverts on Saturday it looks like Eddie has chinned the grosvenor off for them.
Eddie only cares about the money. Not the fighters, fans or sport just the money.

This is the response I got from Sky about the Klitschko fight, obviously they weren't as the same thing happened on Saturday
Hi Tony
Thanks for your email to Sky and apologies for the delay in responding.
Firstly, I am sorry that your viewing of the Klitschko v Fury was spoilt by the advertising during the post fight interviews.
I have spoken to our Boxing Producer and we should have taken the first Fury interview but there were major sound issues so we couldn't conduct the interview.
As the fight was in Germany, we were in the hands of our host broadcaster RTL - but worked extremely hard to provide the very best programme we could. For instance we were first on the scene for the ring- gate story....and the only ones on top of the coverage of the hand wrap story.
It is live TV and they are a very passionate team and please be assured that your comments have been taken onboard for the future PPV Boxing events.
Apologies once more and thanks for your email.
Kind regards
Robin
