Laing beating Duran is the one I like the most - people go on with hindsight about how Duran was unfit, past his best, etc, forgetting that there were calls in Britain before the fight to prevent it happening as it was a dangerous mismatch in which Laing could be seriously hurt. The best achievement has to be Turpin beating Robinson (and being close to winning a second time), though.

IBHOF'er Dick Tiger, legendary tough man. Has been beaten by Alan Dean, Gerry McNally, Jimmy Lynas, George Roe and Wille Armstrong.

Kid Gavilin got beat by Pete Waterman (Dennis's brother)
One of the forgotten ones was Max Schmeling getting knocked out in 1 round by the welsh legend Gipsy Daniels. That was 10 years before Joe Louis did the same thing to Schmeling in one of the most famous fights in history.
Emile Griffiths lost his last fight to Alan Minter.
