Although Froch vs Groves 2 was reported as a million, so could be possible if thats true.

That's true US PPV are always much more expensive , 400k seems a lot though but who knows everyone seems to be talking about AJ.

the casuals are all over Joshua, not sure i can remember the last time a british boxer was so commonly talked about, I overhear them after every fight

400k seems a lot looking at other sports events. According to some quick Googling...

- The Saturday England won the Ashes in 2015, was 467k
- 497k watched the 2015 Champions League final (on Sky, ITV blew that out the water)

I appreciate people are all over Joshua at the minute, and perhaps 400k is right, but compared to these other major events, that people didn't have to fork out additional cash for and are generally more popular sports, 400k for Joshua seems unlikely.

Does Eddie have the minerals to put Selby-Warrington as a PPV headline? Probably so that's another one to add to the list.

If Bellew fought RJJ instead of Enzo I reckon Eddie would of put that on PPV aswell.

we as boxing fans are paying the bill for the football and they are all gready corporations that make us pay

Boxing fans aren't paying the bill. Boxing fans are a tiny pool most of whom know how farcical 'whyte vs joshua' & 'brooke v gavin' is as ppv.

Make no mistake the direction of matchroom/sky box office is entirely geared towards football fans, who already get their monies worth on prem games.

Totally agree with this,iv got a mate he is just an average joe who likes abit of boxing,doesnt understand what belts are what and how the rankings work but when i told him in disbelief that AJ was ppv a couple of weeks after fury the first thing he said was "dont care ill get it on its AJ init" so these type of boxing fans are the ones why ppv will never go away. Us die hard boxing fans would hold out and not get it on in a protest to get it back on normal sky but its too far gone now,we best get used to ppv. The only way we can protest is to leave sky or tune the package right down to the lowest one

He was basically saying 'without PPV, these fights can't be made'. He's right when it comes to Mayweather vs Pacquaio, but probably not for a British title fight.
