The WBA: He didn't make weight, but we'll allow it due his underwear !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Is it me? :o This is as absurd as Erik Morales vs Willie Limond being for a 140lbs belt when neither made weight.

Would the last person at the WBA with a shred of diginity, please turn out the light as they leave (although it means everyone left there will be in darkness - but who cares!?).

Totally mind-boggling logic :witzend:

Huh? Weigh the guy in private without his underwear then if you think his shorts weighs a few pounds - ha ha. When did this public display of weighing with underwear start anyway? It is undignified.

in the private weighing without underwear he came
in at 115.10, but it was obvious that his enormous
male part contributed disproportionally. when a
medical assistance lifted it with a pen, the required
level was finally reached.

i've seen russians fighting for that title in europe. i have no idea what that title is
supposed to be for. i know where the latin american countries are, and to a certain
extent people of latin origin and descent call themselves latinos in the united states,
but when both fighters do not have any connections to latin countries whatsoever
and the fight itself is not in a latin country, what does that title even mean?
of all the titles that one is the most confusing.

"WBA= World's Biggest Assholes."

That was a Mike Rossman quote. I wish it was mine.

I remember Mike Rossman. Wonder what happened to him. Last I heard he was in Atlantic City connected with the mob in some small time way but that was many years ago.

This thread further supporting my contention that the big 4 organizations are so sh*tty in so many different ways that there is not much of a gap at all between them and the IBO.

I think they should've just given you the title. Like I mean, they don't care if you're latino or cruiserweight, but they draw the line at you actually having to win the fight to get the belt? When did they decide that THAT is where the line is?
