BWH Rankings as of 21 December 2015:

Champion: Tyson Fury
1. Wladimir Klitschko
2. Alexander Povetkin
3. Deontay Wilder
4. Kubrat Pulev
5. Bryant Jennings
6. Carlos Takam

8. Ruslan Chagaev
9. Artur Szpilka
10= Dereck Chisora

Topic A - How are the rankings affected by Luis Ortiz's TK07 win over Bryant Jennings?

My vote: Ortiz to #4, Jennings to #8.

Ortiz #4
Jennings down slightly to #7

They both impressed me.Jennings is tougher than I thought. But not as good as others have said.
Ortiz is damn good and I wish he would of been pushed faster.36 is old to get to the level he just reached.
He needs a title shot against someone soon

Ortiz to #4 (I assume this means he bumps Pulev down? That's what I want, as Kubrat hasn't done much lately).
Jennings down to #7

Not necessarily - I'm pretty sure most people here don't vote soley on who they think would win in H2H matchups. Otherwise Joshua and Parker would likely be much higher, despite their thin resumes to date.

Ortiz up to #3
Jennings No Change (i.e. Down to #6, only because of Ortiz's movement, i.e. still between Pulev and Takam)

As far as I'm concerned, Ortiz's best win now equal's Povetkin's best win (Takam), or even narrowly exceeds it, but Povetkin's resume is significantly deeper. Also, I think Ortiz's best win clearly exceeds Wilder's best win.
No way could I consider moving Jennings below the fraud Glazkov. I considered moving him below Takam, but Takam's win over Thompson is looking decreasingly meaningful, while Jennings outperformed Takam against common opponent Mike Perez.

Should we take Ortiz's failed drug test from last year into account?

Really hard to say because we don't know how the other would take the other's punch. Being American, I am use to Cubans beating Americans, but Wilder does have a puncher's chance.

1. Alexander Povetkin
2. Wladimir Klitschko
3. Luis Ortiz
4. Deontay Wilder
5. Kubrat Pulev
6. Bryant Jennings
7. Carlos Takam
8. Vyacheslav Glazkov
9. Ruslan Chagaev
10. Artur Szpilka
11. Dereck Chisora
12. Bermane Stiverne
13. Malik Scott
14. Anthony Joshua
15. Joseph Parker

Ortiz to number 3 and Jennings down to No.6. Really, after Povetkin and Klitschko you could put the rest of the names in a hat.

Posting your own list is not counted as a vote. That said, Ortiz to 3 and Jennings to 6 is fine, so actually no need to change this.

Why do you have Povetkin over Klitschko?

Because Povetkin has won his last few and Klitschko lost. Povetkin deserves a shot at Fury if he can't land Wilder.

Klitschko won his last few too, against a better opposition that incidentally includes Povetkin. Man was undefeated, unified champion for over 10 years. He lost one fight and he is already third because Povetkin had few good wins against fringe top 15 fighters. Great logic mate.
