Dear god. OK, fine. If slamming a single punch home on opposition that knocks them out doesn't count because he hit them previously, is there anyone who has displayed that kind of power in any weight class?
Yes, Haye and Price are bigger one shot punchers. Joshua isn't a one big shot puncher, he's heavy handed but tends to stop fighters with an accumulation. Sort of like Vitali K, also heavy handed also not a 1-puncher KO artist
Who did Haye KO at heavyweight with just one punch? Or even cruiserweight, honestly? Man, honestly, why am I even arguing about this? No rational person should look at Anthony Joshua's fights and say "he isn't a puncher."

As for everyone else proclaiming him the best thing since Holyfield - Jesus guys, listen to yourselves. One win over Bryant Jennings and you're comparing him to First Ballot Hall of Famers? Hasim Rahman looked stupendous beating the crap out of Kali Meehan once, but...wait, people were fooled then too. You know what, never mind. Bet up Ortiz huge for me.

I disagree. Joshua KTFO'ed Zumbano Love with a single punch. Love went the distance against Shannon Briggs and Andy Ruiz, and was stopped late taking tremendous beating from Molina and Martin.

Also, Joshua's second knockdown of Johnson (by uppercut) and KO of Whyte were brutal.
But he hit them before those punches, so it doesn't count!

What exactly is that based on? It's actually extremely unlikely.

Why do you say that?

Yep, he's got big power, a diverse punch selection which includes body and head shots, can fight effectively inside and outside, looks calm and fluid, and is a legit HW size-wise. There are still some questions about his chin and he was getting outhustled by Jennings at times, but he looked very good in passing his first serious test.

Now if only he wasn't nearly 37 when that test came...he probably doesn't have much wear and tear but I don't think he's far from the point where his body will slow down anyway.
