Bivol looks very good not seen benividez
Benavidez KO'ed Felipe Romero in 1 round, while Usyk needed 5 rounds to stop him (although it looked like Usyk carried him for quite some time for purpose) and Bivol needed 8 rounds to stop Romero. Now, I'm not saying he is better than Usyk or Bivol, but he is definitely very talented prospect with a very good power.

I'll throw Jack Catterall in the mix. Great little southpaw prospect!

Hoping to see more of Sadam Ali in 2016. Very memorable fight against Abregu, been trying to keep an eye for this kid to see if he can break into the WW scene at world title level.

In fairness the guy just beat the guy who flattened Drian Francisco in a round...and that was Maruta's debut!

Joseph Parker is one of 5 nominations for RING's prospect of the year. Nominees in alphabetical order are as follows >>>

JACK CATTERALL
14-0, 9 KOs

Smooth junior welterweight southpaw from Chorley, England, who works very well behind an educated right jab. Four wins in 2015, three stoppages.

DIEGO DE LA HOYA
13-0, 7 KOs

The cousin of six-weight world champion Oscar De La Hoya had a dominant year in the junior featherweight division and continues to improve. Represents Mexicali, Mexico.

ANTOINE DOUGLAS
19-0-1, 13KOs

Talented middleweight who scored three stoppages in 2015, two of them over previously unbeaten opponents. The 23-year-old fights out of Burke, Virginia.

TAKUMA INOUE
5-0, 1 KO

Younger brother of WBO junior bantamweight champion Naoya Inoue also campaigns at 115 pounds. Last time out, the Japanese star scored an impressive 12-round decision over Mark Anthony Geraldo.

JOSEPH PARKER
19-0, 17 KOs

Hard-hitting New Zealand heavyweight punched his way through five capable opponents, none of whom managed to extend the 23-year-old beyond four rounds.

The winner to be announced during January.

Seasons Greetings all,

Good list. Doug came up with the RING prospects list, all have potential to go a long way.

I'd like to throw a few guys out there, this may give more background to already named guys plus a few new one's http://ringtv.craveonline.com/tag/new-faces

As well as Takuma Inoue and Hinata in Japan, Daigo Higa, Ken Shiro and Ritu Kano are worth keeping an eye on.

Kano and Ken Shiro both got BIG wins at the weekend too.
