Ievgen Khytrov is a Ukrainian boxer not an American one. Just because he fights out of Brooklyn doesn't make him an American.
Same thing with Sergiy Derevyanchenko who is also a Ukrainian boxer.
Also Sergiy's birthplace is wrong. It should read Feodosiya, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
Please make the corrections.
Khytrov/Derevyanchenko mistakes
Re: Khytrov/Derevyanchenko mistakes
Khytrov asked to be listed as USA.
Feodosia is currently in Russia, we do not list the historical place names as it would be far too complicated.

Re: Khytrov/Derevyanchenko mistakes
Did Derevyanchenko also ask to be listed as USA?
Also Feodosiya, Crimea is disputed territory, and by a large majority of the world (100 to 11) is Ukrainian territory.
It seems like there is some political agenda here, since you also removed the birthplace of Oleksandr Usyk (Cruiser-weight) who is from Crimea and strongly considers Crimea as part of Ukraine.
Although all of this talk would be irrelevant if you just listed the correct birthplace since all 3 of them were born in the Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union and not in Ukraine or Russia since those countries did not exist in the 80's.

Re: Khytrov/Derevyanchenko mistakes
Derevyanchenko's management ask to be listed in USA for ratings purpose.
Do you have a copy of his federal ID application or passport?
Both should list his place of birth.

Re: Khytrov/Derevyanchenko mistakes
If you review their records, it is obvious they’ve never fought in the Ukraine professionally.

Sergiy Derevyanchenko http://editors.boxrec.com/list_bouts.ph ... &cat=boxer
They are listed in the country where their management hopes to make their fortune.
