this from a news source:

The allegations arose when it emerged on RTE's broadcast that BoyleSports, a leading bookmaker in Ireland, had suspended betting on the fight earlier in the afternoon.

However, according to Christle, Boylesports now seem to be moving away from any suggestion of a problem with irregular betting patterns.

"It would appear the source (of the allegations) BoyleSports is now refusing to disclose how much money was laid and they have said on national radio that as far as they are concerned nothing untoward happened," said Christle.

"So the jury is out on all this but we hope to have our conclusion inside the 21-day period set."

The show's promoter Brian Peters said: "The whole issue is ridiculous - BoyleSports have refused to say how much was laid and how much they paid out.

"The fact is that any small bet would have taken the odds down from 125-1 for a stoppage in the fifth or sixth rounds and it's a shame that what seems like a cheap publicity stunt has cast a shadow over Peter McDonagh's Irish title win."

Best laugh I've had in ages. Then I remembered that you've stolen 500 quid off me and I got angry again.

There is only one person stupid enough to believe that if you keep saying it often enough - and that is you.

THE BET WAS NEVER CALLED OFF

And I tell you what makes you scum, its not just the 500 quid, its not just the doing of a runner, its not just the lies about the bet, its the fact that if I had lost the bet then I would have paid up graciously and you would have pocketed the cash happily.

Then you have the nerve to come on here bragging about other bets you claim to have won whilst all the time sneaking around reneging on this wager. Scum.

Hmm - the moving on you can do is to move on from this board. Then at least my stolen 500 quid will have served a useful purpose.

How you can not understand that effectively accusing me of lying about not calling the bet off - even within the last hour - compounds your original crime. Unbelievably cowardly and bl**dy frustrating for me to have to deal with. I won't have lies told about me.

So go somewhere where you're welcome and not, frankly, a laughing stock.

He obviously doesn't have 500 quid.

We should just ignore him.

Yes, I'm sure he qualifies under the section 46 or 'irredeemable wanker' ruling.
