I didn't see it last night. Watched it today and quickly realized anyone thinking Wilder won that exchange has blinders on.

They were just words and words mean nothing, but Wilder definitely looked uncomfortable and shaken.
Keep dreaming "gents" Wilder got in his grill and Fury scurried away.

Same sh!t the usual suspects claimed about the Wilder / Szpilka exchange a few days ago, and we now know how that turned out.

Wilder slapped him down, period.

Last night Deontay was talking post fight in the ring about taking on mandatories first.

I believe Fury would have gladly accepted to fight Wilder in the parking garage for free with no one else watching.
If that had happened we would have a new World's HW Champion today.

Two very low skilled fighters making noise.

In my opinion, this is NOT what boxing needs.
They make tons of noise, hype everything up, and then throw 10 punches a round.

I'm gonna look for Porter/Thurman, you guys can wait around to watch these two bums.

Not even close.

And between the two of them, I've already shown which one has actually backed up his words. Wilder verbally flails like an octopus the same way he physically flails when journeymen throw more than one punch at him.

Like him or not, Fury is making the division interesting again & so far, he's been able to back up what he has said.

Tyson Fury is a tit. Chats shit and then backtracks and has to apologize when he realises he has fucked up. All his faux Chrstian bull shit then says its just 'banter' when he gets called followed now by his getting pissed when he says he knocked booze on the head a few years ago. Have a look at Bobby Gunns tweet from last night of Fury bigging up bare knuckle fighting, he is completely trashed.

You and 112 other people will look forward to Porter/Thurman while a Fury-Wilder match will be built up and promoted to a mega event that will be seen by millions.

Look at the hype of Mayweather and Pacquiao and what it produced....that was one of the phoniest scams in boxing history. At least Deontay and Tyson will be entertaining.

They were in the ring together last night and Fury got thoroughly "clowned."

The only reason that they won't meet in the future is because they will both likely lose before it could happen.
Not sure why this would keep them from fighting...

Wilder didn't look in the least bit shook.

Wilder new full well what was coming, It was more than likely pre-arranged, Tyson's antics were obviously staged.

Both men want a massive payday if they fight one another, this is just to achieve that. Good luck to both of them.

You should have been an actor. When we do step in the ring, this ain't wrestling, this ain't the WWE, baby.

When you do step in this ring with me - if you do because this should've been done a long time ago—you can run around like you're a preacher all that you want but when you step into that ring I promise you I will baptise you.
Then Fury backed up and repeated some of the same stuff back to Wilder. Couldn't really think of anything creative at that time I spose. I don't believe Fury expected Deontay to punk him like that.

Fury got slapped down, sonned and punked at his own game.

Why does that constitute being 'punked'?

To me it seems like a bunch of unintelligent schoolyard gibberish on both sides, with nether man coming out better than the other.

Actually, saying it wasn't clever is easy when it wasn't you in there. Wilder had a lot of emotion flowing with the win, the concern for Szpilka's health, and Fury jumping in the ring interrupting his interview.

It was an impressive performance by Wilder, in real time.

I thought the baptise talk showed a bit of wit as Wilder was shooting from the hip. But, to each his own. Twas some fun hype.

I wouldn't mind him acting the goat if he could actually come across as sincere. He is transparent as glass and it's kinda cringey to watch.
I remember when he tipped the table against Chisora at the presser and struggled to keep the smile off his face when he was meant to be raging.

And backing up, stripping the jacket off at the Wlad presser shouting lets do it now, while maintaining as much distance from Wlad as was humanly posible, it's scholl playground stuff.
He should see The Cannon, for some acting lessons, Shannon knows how to ham it up
