First round to Walsh but the second was more interesting. On paper Traynor shouldn't have a chance.

Walsh wins in the fifth round. I gave Traynor the second round but Walsh won all the rest and it was getting one-sided.

Poor quality match making for me.

Ah well i was rooting for Traynor but it was always gonna be a big step up this,he did land some nice shots even nearly putting Walsh down but the harder more quality punches were always from Ryan,he looked sharp in there tonight

Walsh was levels above Traynor I thought. The shot that rocked Walsh a little bit in the second was about it. Completely one-sided barring that one punch.

If anyone watched the full card, or at least the televised portion, what did people make of Ben Smith? Did what was expected against a journeyman, but I thought he looked quite the prospect. Footwork, speed, shot selection were superb for such a young kid. Look forward to seeing more of him.

I just want to say that all of Walsh brothers and their team were absolute gents throughout the weigh in, fight and after the fight. Both myself and Darren wish them the best in the future and the best man won on the night!!

Darren needs to get back in the gym and look forward to working hard and building experience to try get hold of that Lonsdale belt.

Ben Smith was the 19 year old year old right? I was also very impressed with him, for someone so young and inexperienced he didn't rush or smother his work he took his time and looks like he has a decent dig. Hope to see more of him.

Michael last boxed about 10 months ago.... I thought though he was trying to get Warren to re-sign him so the three could feature together again.... but he needs to get busy for sure.

Liam's still fighting, back punching this week after an operation on his hand, hoping to be out in March/April.

Michael I'm not so sure about, he did supposedly retire saying he could make more building, but he says he didn't and his head wasn't right and things outside the ring needed sorting. I think if he got offered a fight on the same card as Ryan or Liam he'd take it, definitely don't think we've seen the last of him in a boxing ring.

McNess looks a good box-fighter - I can remember his dad was a really good amateur around 25 years ago.

People touting Josh Warrington for a World Title Ryan would beat Josh. There is a few fight around him to secure the Lonsdale belt. If he fight Tennyson then maybe Ben Jones or Leigh Wood he will get it outright. I think we will see Ryan fight for a World Title in 18 months to 2 years time. I'm not sure if he has enough to win one. As for Darren he will learn a lot. I think he looked a bit tense and never fully got on his boxing to see his hand speed. He can come again. Targeting the commonwealth belt might be a shout would give him very good chance against the winner of Mccullough v Lowe

Best I've seen Ryan Walsh box. Looked a complete fighter. Can't see him getting beat domestically ( I had him nailed on to lose in 2016 aswell).
Walsh was honest after saying that he was really impressed with Traynor and he has pop in his punches.
I'd pick Walsh to beat Tennyson next.
Warrington-Walsh could be a good fight back end of 2016.

Josh has a high work rate I just feel Ryan has a very good style. His timing is very good and he has a very good boxing brain. Darrens strength is his fast hands and he seemed to take that away from him. I think watching the fights when Ryan has struggled it's been when he has been in against the bigger men. Josh is quite a small feather I think he would try a high tempo and get stopped later rounds good fight though
