Khan vs Brook, Pacquiao vs Crawford

I think Brook beats Khan although I feel that Kell is a little too slow with his punches they are heavier and Khan's chin is made of glass. I think Crawford could possibly outbox Manny but if he gets as reckless as he has against other opponents while coming in with his chin and head straight up in the air then Packy might put him to sleep.

We already know we won't see Manny vs Bud so that's out of the picture but Khan vs Brook could be a real possibility, Wembley is the best venue for the bout although I can't see that it will ever happen.

Brook has beaten Porter and no one else in Khan's class and he didn't KO him, Khan has faced 10 men in Kells class, he is more experienced, faster of hand and foot and is younger and doesn't struggle with the weight.

i also fancy Khan for this fight, although i think more and more people are backing Kell. I really wouldn't mind who won and can see why Kell is starting to get the backing, i just think Khan will beat him on pts fair and square but not without a scare or 2.

there used to be a fightscorecollector guy who came on here and tabulated
the press scorecards for fights, and out of all the press scorecards half thought
the brook-porter fight was either a draw or porter win. i saw porter coming forward
and initiating almost all the exchanges, letting his hands go more and landing more,
and brook tying up and spoiling a lot, but landing a few decent shots here and there.
i was surprised there was never a rematch as just about everyone who watched it
saw it as very close and half didn't think brook won it. porter is definitely much better
than anyone else on brook's record, though, so other than that one very close win
brook doesn't have close to khan's resume. as far as the khan-algieri fight, algieri's
only loss was to pac and he is a busy and accurate fighter who khan won a clear
decision over so lets not go overboard talking about it like it was a questionable
decision or like agieri is not a legit contender one division down. agieri would probably
give brook a good work out, also.

khan was lucky to get the W against an inexperienced and light punching algieri, so where was his speed and experience in that fight? brook is big, strong,very skillful, and by far the hardest puncher khan has ever faced. unless khan runs away the whole night, he is getting smashed up badly. and deep down , he knows it.

what has he done and against who for you to form this opinion though? anyone can look good beating average boxers who are turning up to make up the numbers.

Okay, I accept that Kahn is; 1) The bigger name/fighter, and 2) Has more experience and has fought bigger names than Brook. But surely Brook holding the IBF is an equaliser? Brook has apparently already offered 80:20 to the winner too.

It sounds to me that Kahn doesn't want the fight, and is pricing himself out. Makes you lose faith in boxing in sport when money is more important than world titles. As a fellow northerner, I'm a big Kahn fan and think he is a very talented boxer (despite his glass chin), but his lack of sporting integrity is disappointing. There's even talks of going back to Danny Garcia for a re-match. Is he going to make his decision based on money?

Khan doesn't want a fight with any bonafide puncher because he knows his chin can't handle it and yes he is most definitely ducking Brook but meanwhile he talks all the tough talk of how every fighter is avoiding him and his stupid fans buys off on it.

Money is important to Khan when it is convenient for him to say so. He said before he doesn't need the big paycheck for a Brook fight, but now he is demanding a guarantee of 10 million.

Speaking of which, I really feel sorry for his fans, fighting once a year must be a real drag. How can you look forward to his next fight if you know it's more than 12 months away. It's not like he's had tonnes of injuries. Not even any tune up fights!
