Any HW champs record can be made to look bad, every ATG HW in history has been criticised on these forums in one way or another. Its down to interpretation and basically if you like a fighter, if you like them you will tend to gloss over the negatives and if you don't like them you will highlight the negatives. It would be boring if everyone agreed all the time

Compared to wlad he fought nothing but legends. And he never got destroyed by any of the lesser names. That's what wlad fans can't grasp. Dude was a giant man with limited skills and mouse balls.

joe louis and ali are the best heavies ever
for me. but still, every time i look at their
records i have very different experiences.

i don't say wlad's opposition quality is on
par with louis', but they are both not really
exceptional.

Ali fought just about every decent HW he could have but he had his stinkers and lucky decisions. Thats what I mean, you can always tear records apart.

Yes, Joe fought at least 20 or 25 guys better than anyone Wlad did. nobody fought greater opposition than Ali and Holyfield.

That has no bearing whatsoever
Lewis'' glass chin has no bearing whatever?
Nope you have only the chin you were born with and its how you come back that defines a true fighter, besides Lewis took plenty of big shots in his career without crumbling.

You only have the chin you are born with? Well, even if that's true (I don't buy it 100%), too bad. You could say that for other things as well; punching power, for example.

Having said that, Lewis chin was better than some people think.

Lewis fans think it's funny that that Lewis was knocked out twice with a single punch?
I wouldn't know anything about being a Lewis fan. I just know you're funny.
