Decent night's action, Mohoumadi was competitive although well beaten by Degale so there is nothing wrong with that fight and its for the EBU plus an eliminator so makes perfect sense in all directions.

Rebrasse is very solid and fights at a decent enough pace that will make it interesting if Rocky has any issues with the weight late on in the fight, don't think it's a gimmee but Fielding would need to win if he is going to progress any further.

Cardle/Dodd was a cracking fight first time around and see no reason why this should be any different to be honest. Cardle may try not too get involved too much but that's unlikely to happen and perhaps after 3 rounds of boxing it will turn into what happened last time I hope.

Looking forward to it, presumably undercard of up and comers or local lads (or both) so should make for a good evening.

the way the Smiths were jumping around after Callum beat Rocky I wish Hearn made Fielding vs. Paul Smith next...

Odds from Paddy Power guys

Scott Cardle V Sean Dodd
1/3
20/1
9/4
----
Rocky Fielding V Christopher Rebrasse
1/7
25/1
4/1
----
Callum Smith V Hadillah Mohoumadi

1/20
33/1
8/1

Thought the Dodd betting would be a lot closer than that tbh.

I reckon fielding-rebrasse could be a close one.

I can see Smith getting a early stoppage and Cardle winning wide on points.

Made up for Dodd getting this rematch, just think that may of been the best we seen of him was still carrying momentum from his Buckland win, I think Cardle may have learned from that fight were as Masher is gonna fight the same way would love to see him win tho! I think Rocky should win wide on points and fancy Smith to Stop him

I'll have a bit of money on Rebrasse. If he can perform like he did against Groves and Callum I think Fielding will end up blowing his load unsuccesfully trying to get him out of there.

agreed. Rebrasse never been Ko'd in 4 losses. Took both Groves and Smith 12.
Not sure Rocky can ko or outbox Rebrasse...

Callum Smith in a straightforward win here. Not an easy win but a clear win. If he gets the stoppage he'll be doing well.

Hopefully Dodd can pull off the upset this weekend.
He should have been given the chance to continue in his last fight...

Good fight at this stage for Smith as Mohoumadi shouldn't fold under questioning, i remember watching his fight with DeGale but not much about the fight other than it being fairly straightforward win for James

Callum's one of the brightest talents in the world and seems to have it all,its a great opportunity to not only win the European but beat a reigning champ who's durable and not some cannon fodder who's put in place for him to steamroll, look great and be hailed as the best SMW on the planet

Really looking forward to the Cardle/Dodd return as well,Sean was hard done by last time he done more than enough to earn a count, what with his effort,it being the last round and being for the British,I thought Scotty was robbed of credit too after riding some heavy weather and coming through to have that great last round

Fancy Smith,Cardle and Fielding all on points, Callum should be a shutout but the other 2 should be close

I thought he should've been given the chance to carry on too. He was ahead on all three cards and there wasn't long left. Hoping for the upset but I think Cardle will do a job on him this time.

Could be a tricky night for Fielding. Hard fight to take on after such a devastating defeat.

Looks like it could be a good show. A reasonable fight for Smith and some potential on the undercard

I thought Paul Smith was down to fight on this card? There's not mention of him on BoxRec anymore?
