Your 73kg figure is accurate, but keep in mind that the average 73kg man would probably be a welterweight in fighting shape. This is relected by the fact that there are (slightly) more professional boxers under the 147lb welterweight limit than over it. Looking at the number of active boxers per division:asdfjkl wrote:The most talented is the division with the most contenders, an avarage men weights about 73kg I guess, not sure how many pounds that is.
Somehow the best boxers will allways be heavyweights, because dwarfs can't beat monsters one on one.

Featherweight: 1,372
Super Featherweight: 1,288
Heavyweight: 1,257 (you could argue the number should be higher, due to big men being lost to other sports, but on the other hand, there are plenty of obese guys fighting at heavyweight who if healthy, would be at a lower weight)
Light Heavyweight: 1,194
Super Bantamweight: 1,167
Cruiserweight: 1,107 (you'd think it would be higher, given the 25lb span, but in reality, guys who naturally weigh under 190lb fight at light heavy)
