Chisora is the U.K. version of Arreola more or less. Arreola probably has a few bigger wins at his best, though if they were to fight right now I'd probably favor Chisora to win.

I have neither in my Top 20 right now

Seth Mitchell? Jameel McCline? Nagy Aguilera?

Neither has particularly great wins, but I'd say that Chisora's win against Malik Scott is better than any of Arreola's wins.

His KO 1 wins over Joey Abell and Eric Molina are noteworthy at least in the sense that they gave other, more accomplished and more skilled fighters a harder time.

No, Chisora was the kinda of guy "boxing needs" according to a few people here ... something about "all attention is good attention".

Very weak heavyweight division.

It's still weak and he is still a fringe contender.

Mainly based on past showings.

The heavyweight division is dire, Deontay Wilder and Martin are both world champs, Wilder fights like a novice, and has a very limited skill set, Martin has beaten next to nobody, Fury is hardly a highly skilled fighter, let's face it, being a fringe contender in today's scene, means very little.

Being a fringe contender means that you aren't too far away from a world title shot and in Chisora's case he has a decent chance of winning.

If a HW has a glowering flaw Chisora generally finds it out. However Chisora tends to be found wanting when he faces genuine quality.
Tough to tell how much he's lost considering his recent opposition has all been a bit Deontay Wilder.
Chisora is slow, lumbering, lacks punch power, is one dimensional, and throws few punches - he does lots of things badly.

In the past he had a good chin which allowed him to walk people down, but now that seems not to be the case.

Chisora is pretty much done as anything significant.
Badly compared to most heavyweights? Unfortunately the HW division isn't packed full of fast, slick, punchers who throw a hundred shots a round. Remember guys like Glazkov, Martin, Duhaupas, Molina, Arreola and Stiverne are regularly appearing in title fights. Comparatively Chisora does nothing badly.

Yeah, I guess as bad as chisora is, with the division in the state it's in, he's actually above average. Pretty sad indictment.

I still think though that he has little ambition left, and consequently, won't do much from here on in.
