Blue IBF Belt

Hi Boxingfans

I have a question about the IBF belt. The red belt is very well known, but what I'm interested in is the BLUE IBF Belt.
I've seen some boxers with a blue IBF belt but I don't know what it stands for.
I thought it might be the female IBF belt but than I've also seen male fighters with the blue one too.

So please be so kind and tell me what it's all about with the blue belt.
