I'd love Blackwell to win but he will probably lose on points to Eubank.

Eubank Jr wins a convincing decision. Great fight though.

I've voted (admittedly somewhat optimistically) for Blackwell by stoppage.

If the gym rumours are anything to go by this is a very strange fight to make for Jnr , hadn't Blackwell beat him up Jnr in 8 rounds of previous sparring sessions ? even had him down ? :box:

Gonna be a great fight. Two well conditioned lads who like to bully their opponents.

I would expect Eubank Jr to win via late late stoppage or points decision.

Blackwell

He's a very underrated fighter. People tend to overlook him because on paper, his record doesn't look great since he's dropped a few losses. But those losses have come against Murray in only his 9th fight, Billy-Joe who is one of the best Middleweights in the world and Bursak in a fight which I scored for Blackwell. His draw against Khomitsky was a 6 rounder and Blackwell was looking good, if it was an 8 rounder +, Blackwell would have gotten the win.

Blackwell had Khomitsky in a fair bit of trouble at the end of that if im right?

I think Eubank jr will win a razor thin decision. It's a good fight for both, Eubank jr despite his interim title is not anywhere near polished eough to be facing top fighters ona consistent basis, he needs a few learning fights before that.

Blackwell has had a tough education so far, and done himself proud, he is a very live dog in this fight and a win puts him right in the mix at a good level.

What an absolute helmet Eubank Sr is.

He isn't promoting yet was getting in on as much of the photos as he could, going as far as to push Jr around at one point. And it takes a special kind of bellend to wear a formal suit and tie with jeans.

Eubank on a wide points decision or late stoppage. Blackwell will leave it all in the ring though and make it entertaining.

Eubank Sr needs to realise he needs to take a step back and stop hogging the limelight from Junior.

Really hope Blackwell beats him, can't stand the Eubanks.

From what I recall of Blackwell its a 50-50 fight. Blackwell will have volume advantage, Eubank power. Interesting to see if Jr improved under Booth.

I agree, Blackwell is very underrated.

He was close to beating Khomitsky and was robbed vs Bursak. His other losses are against a current world champ and Murray early on his career so he's much better than his record suggests.

Saunders aside, he's Eubank's best opponent to date.

It`s so cringeworthy,Snr even managed to get involved with the head-to- head (to- head seeing as it was for the three of them)
I`m all for re-living past glories vicariously through one`s children, but as a Blackwell fan it`s sure going to be a very long month until the fight now

Where's Adam booth? I hope he is still training Eubank Jnr, as he is a superb trainer and I'd like to see Eubank Jnr maximise his ability.
