Can't wait for this.

Frampton is the better boxer but Quigg is a great puncher and is very aggressive. I can see Frampton winning most of the early rounds but taking a fair few shots in the process before being stopped late on.

I agree. I am very fired up for this one. My heart says Quigg while my brain supports a Frampton decision. Only one thing is relatively certain, there will more than likely be at least one more fight between these two.

I've got tickets for this fight, and I must say I'm very much looking forward to it. I'm a fan of both fighters, but I'm hoping that Frampton wins on the night. For me, as long as he doesn't get involved in a tear-up it's his to lose.

Quigg and his team are trying to rattle Frampton, and in some appearances it seems to have worked. They'll be hoping that he's a bit too fired up when he steps into the ring and walks onto one of his body shots.

If I had to put my last £1 on it, I'd go with Frampton to win on points.

Appreciate the "Matchroom Casual" nature of this question, but how is the Manchester Arena for getting a drink? We're planning on taking in most of the undercard (probably from at least the Josh Taylor fight if not the whole card) so probably won't head to a pub beforehand.

It'll be pretty easy with little queues until about 9/10pm. Then expect a significant wait.

Firstly, well done for getting tickets - they sold out so quick!! I managed to get 2 tickets and went to put my security code in, on my card and my time ran out (a few words were shouted) went back and all sold out!! I'm extremely jealous haha, the atmosphere will be electric, and the fight itself will be a cracker too - the only negative I have, is the undercard lacks quality I feel but, having a main fight like Frampton/Quigg you don't really need an undercard!

P.s Stick some money on a Quigg KO9 (I feel it )

Quigg's engine, workrate and body works makes a late stoppage his most likely route to victory. Still think Frampton superior quality will see him take a points decision but Quigg 9-12 could be a saver.

I've long thought Frampton wins, as he looks the more rounded, complete fighter, but reading more from Quigg recently... it does strike me that the man in a complete maniac.

There is nothing in his life other than boxing, he's obsessed with it - lives with his mum in a small council house and does the pads with her outside in the road...his idea of a good time is a 10 mile run, gym then watch fight videos before early to bed...

And in an increasingly even looking fight, a 12 round war perhaps, I think that might see him over the finish line.

The unknown is that one of these two is tight at the weight, legs not there, and walks on to a head jarring shot early on...

Each day I get more and more excited - bringing back that fight-week excitement Froch/Groves had. I really think it has big potential to be a contender for 'fight of the year', if Quigg has rattled Frampton this could be a right tear-up - it wouldn't surprise me if both fighters hit the canvas.

Irish Republic will all support Frampton. I expect it will be shown in a lot of pubs across the country so you should have no problem finding somewhere in Dublin.

No idea, but it may be pub specific - you might want to keep your head down and gob shut for a while until you suss out who everyone else is cheering for !!

I think Frampton will win this relatively comfortably. In my view he is the better fighter and he should be finding his way into an accumulator or too for me.

I was in one of the magazines, Boxing News or Monthly, Gallagher was talking about McGuigan and Frampton trying to play mnd games with Quigg. He said they were just rattling on like a jar of broken biscuits. Not sure of exact words, not got magazine here.

You have wonder what will become of Quigg when he retires, I think he will always train and keep himself in shape but I can't see him having much success as a trainer or getting any work as commentator/pundit.

I'd imagine on account of his work ethic and good relationship with Gallagher he'll work with him on some basis. Probably strength and conditioning or something. I think he'll still be involved. You see him at local small hall shows and he's often in the corner for Crolla and others of Joe's gym.

Once his career is over he'll probably do well at something else, he has that perfectionist thing so no matter what he chooses to do he'll be OK.
