Then usually Mollo drops his work rate considerably and i thought Zimnoch's distance punching would've won it. I expected Zimnoch to land his good counter uppercut on an easy to time and squared up Mollo.
It's a bad loss for Zimnoch but showed his weaknesses to the mass.
It's a very good win for Mollo as he will get more paydays in Poland vs other heavies and might get more paydays worldwide too. I don't think it hurts Mollo since he is a beatable fighter... If you can jab and move... punch from distance and have durability, you can beat Mollo. I know lots of heavyweight prospects that could get that scalp pretty easily
Another great analysis. Mollo always makes it a scrap. I really thought he would drop Zimnoch early, but the win surprised me. Now that he's "Polish champ", any chance he get's Adamek next if (when) Goral beats Molina?

I actually blocked him already. What did you think of Mollo in this fight? Do you think this hurts his stock as an opponent?
Sure does - but it also raises his stock as a contender! MM has reinvented himself. Like I said before, I can see this new bigger and stronger MM beating one of the pseudo heavyweight champs, even at this late date after 16 years boxing, like Wilder for instance.
He'd push Wilder harder earlier than he's ever been pushed, but I just can't see him winning that fight. I'd love to see him get a shot though. He's a tough guy, had some bloody fights and deserves a good payday at the end of his career.
