This the trouble with PPV now all the money goes to the top of the bill and nothing on the undercard
Re: Official Frampton - Quigg RBR/Discussion Thread
Couldn't agree more, for £17 these cards should be stacked.stevedoc wrote:This the trouble with PPV now all the money goes to the top of the bill and nothing on the undercard

When it's one promoter generally you do get better quality undercards. With this co-promotion where both sides look to put such a high percentage into both main event fighters it was never going to see any other World class guys on the bill.SNG wrote:Couldn't agree more, for £17 these cards should be stacked.stevedoc wrote:This the trouble with PPV now all the money goes to the top of the bill and nothing on the undercard
If McGuigan and co wanted all these daft demands I hardly expect a positive reaction was going to come from the request 'Barry, any chance we could take 150k each off Quigg and Frampton and have another quality fight on the bill?'

Il give Eddie Hearn £17 to put Gavin mcdonnell in a wet paper bag and watch him try and punch his way out for 12 rounds. Would be more entertaining than that bollocks
Re: Official Frampton - Quigg RBR/Discussion Thread
matchroom twitter tweeting about that as if its a massive achievement. ridicolous

I've filled the time by looking for small towns on Google Maps.coneye wrote:Alls i can say is , i usually look at it when i'm at the doctors surgery .. But after a rnd or 2 of this crap ,, THANK FOOK FOR FACEBOOK
During this fight I discovered Grand Isle in Louisiana. Interesting little down on a tiny island. Used to be home to pirates.
Oh, the fights over.
Re: Official Frampton - Quigg RBR/Discussion Thread
Yeah, glad that's over to be honest, if he fights Ceja who his brother beat, I think he gets stopped.
Big one next.
Had Frampton big, very one sided. Not sure if it's the beer but I'm really starting to doubt myself.

The main event had better resemble Barrera v Morales 1 to make up for the honking pile of shite so far.

What a double poxed eye sore of an undercard
At least the main event should be fight of the year, though seriously worried for Quigg when I saw the state of him at the weigh in. Frampton
Wins this

Re: Official Frampton - Quigg RBR/Discussion Thread

Re: Official Frampton - Quigg RBR/Discussion Thread
Ceja is in a good rematch fight against Hugo Ruiz tonight. Should be fun as long as it lasts. Gavin McDonnell isn't in the same league at all.Webbo911 wrote:Yeah, glad that's over to be honest, if he fights Ceja who his brother beat, I think he gets stopped.

Quigg to stop Frampton. Followed by Barry McGuigan's face to be worth the PPV money alone
