What is worrying is that after seven rounds of relative ease his stamina just disappeared. I liked Quigg for the first but would actually bet on him in the second. I don't think they'll fight him now as it's easier to lose to a Rigo than a Quigg.

They were both twitching at each other a lot.

Although it is not hugely entertaining it is almost as tiring as actually throwing punches.

They weren't just plodding around casually for 6 rounds, they were both very tense for pretty much every second.

I liked Quigg for the first but would actually bet on him in the second. I don't think they'll fight him now as it's easier to lose to a Rigo than a Quigg.

I thought Round 12 was pretty damn close personally, I can certainly see Frampton winning it so I understood the 116-112 scores. It was definitely Frampton's best round of the last 5 without question though.

When the commentators kept saying they thought the early rounds could've went either way because not much happened I didn't really get that. Because yeah, not a lot happened, but the only thing that really was happening was Frampton's jab.

Jabs are mostly crap though.

Frampton's jab was nothing special.

Even a weak jab beats no offense at all. Frampton's jab was carrying those rounds because there was little to nothing coming back from Quigg. You had to award those rounds to Frampton due to his jab because it was really the only effective punch that was consistently being thrown for those first 7 rounds. I'm not saying he was busting Quigg up with the jab by any means, but he was controlling the distance, and having a better offensive flow because of it. Quigg would've been better suited to have been getting on the inside and making a brawl of it as soon as he could.
