Kovalev has bad intentions and a bad attitude so I'd say Krusher.

Jorge Arce....

...oh wait that's actually not a joking matter...

On second thoughts with Thurman being in that original list maybe it is all a joke...ditto with Wilder and Fury

GGG hits like a hammer but he comes across as too much of a nice guy to be called the baddest man on the planet.

I'll go with Kovalev. He's one mean, scary bastard.

I'd say Tyson Fury. When I think baddest man on the planet i'm thinking heavyweight. Tyson Fury is the true heavyweight champion at the moment. Plus that he's a big fellow. 6'9.

Kovalev he's a beast and cold as ice. If he's in a bad mood he's like a cat with an injured mouse.

It's got to be Kovalev.

Kovalev beats people at a high level and looks to enjoy it, I think Beterbiev looks a real bad ass.

Thread title says Pound for Pound! I don't think Fury is as bad ass as Kovalev is. Kovalev you can tell, enjoys hurting people. Kovalev is the type that starts smiling and mugging to the camera as his opponent lies motionless on the canvas.

LOL to Tyson Fury being the "Baddest Man on the Planet". He just talks a lot of sh*t, it doesn't mean that he is the baddest<<<He just has the biggest mouth and is a bully.

It's ok for him to trash talk other boxers but it isn't ok for him to threaten defenseless civilians. I'd take that Kovalev is by far much tougher and doesn't talk half the nonsense that Farty talks.

First of all, we are talking about the baddest boxer on the planet, not the baddest man on the planet.

Tyson Fury is the World's HW Champion. By definition that makes him the baddest boxer on the planet. If Krusher or 3G or FMJ or SOGgy have a problem with that they can challenge the king of the hill. HW is an open division.

Tyson Fury defeated the king which makes him king until defeated.

I want to apologise for this post, I don't know what I'm talking about and am going for a lay down :maybe:
That's a good idea, Tanzio. Though Tyson Fury is the best heavyweight he doesn't have an aura of mayhem or potential violence. He doesn't seem driven to destruction like some of the less heavy boxers.

(Sorry for tweaking your post, it's just a bit of mischief).

Altering my posts is the ultimate troll move. Pathetic. I am sure that the troll doing it would report it if someone else did it to him.

No problem, palooka. I posted before seeing that you were messing with me. I figured I was due for a long series of trolled posts.

I am relieved.

I was messing around, didn't want to upset you and I wouldn't use it to develop a row or spoil a discussion. The 'quote' button under every post is open to a lot of abuse, I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad I've used it already.

I get the train of thought that the heavyweight champ is the biggest and baddest though Tyson Fury doesn't strike similar fear as Kovalev, Golovkin or Beterbiev to me.

I get it, but I bet Krusher, 3G and Beterbiev would rather face each other than Fury.

I'll go with Krusher. He has an aura about him. Not to be fucked with in or out the ring. GGG is a machine but he's quite nice with it and looks like our old paperboy...

The thread title says 'Pound-for-Pound' and the article posted by OP features a P4P list, so Fury shouldn't get defaulted over others because he's bigger.

If baddest means meanest, I'd say Kovalev is probably at the top among elite boxers from what I've seen.
