Ortiz (interim Champion)

Boxrec has Ortiz down as having defended the "interim" championship, but I have no idea how that works when there are two other champions out there

We need interim Champ vs regular Champ as soon as possible, then the winner can fight Fury/Wlad because this is taking the piss a bit now.

I dont rate Browne at World title level, but surely he beats 43 year old Fres Oquendo. A fighter whos never really beaten anyone of any note, been out the ring 2 years and lost to a 45 year old Oliver Mcall about 7 years ago... Surely?

vs. Scott? The light punching yank that got KO'd by Chisora in 5 or 6 rounds and Wilder in 60 seconds?
vs. Stiverne? Feel bit sorry for Stiverne, lost his title against the best Wilder we'll ever see. Reckon if he can beat Arreola no reason he cant beat Browne tbh
vs. Tarver? 47 year old Antonio Tarver, fought once a year for last 10 or so years. Shouldnt be near any titles. Plus Browne would have, what, 35- 45 lbs on him?

Haye - wiped out in first half of fight, Haye times him and sparks him
Ortiz - As above
Parker - who knows, bit of an unknown quantity but from what people are saying, Parker should beat him.

I think a fight with Haye would be fun, he'd probably have the best punchers chance out of the lot above and it would be fun while it lasted. He wouldn't do a Mark de Mori and shell up until he got whacked, that's for sure.

yea realistically he loses to 4/5 of those guys and parker is an unkown quantity, we will know more after the Takam fight.

Browne needs to be smart, hes getting on in years and isn't going to get any higher ranked than he is now I don't imagine.
So he needs to shop himself around, maybe beat a b-level guy in the states (Scott, Tarver, Briggs) and beat a b-level guy in the UK (Chisora, Price, Whyte) then take the biggest money fight possible, be it Wilder in the US, Fury, Joshua or Haye in the UK or Parker in OZ.
Grab that money and run...
