SHOCKER!!! Liles suspects foul play, and withdraws from RubberMatch with Nigel Benn

Post by BoxBuzz »

Everyone of the following issues played a part in this weeks travesty.

1. Ropes too loose
2. Something in the water Liles feels he was drugged
3. Liniment on Nigel's Gloves affecting Liles eyesight
4. People in the audience had threatened Liles if he should pull another KO of Benn...either the Mob or Religious Zealots...not sure which.
5. The commish had a "vested interest" in the outcome

One thing that did NOT happen....Liles was not offered, nor would he ever have accepted payola to take a dive. His new Lamborghini was paid for by proceeds from his previous fights.

So now you can't even follow through on your own BS rules? Wow

Some things transcend even the most stringent of BS rules. I think you know that. It's all about integrity, and fundamental values.
I'm surprised at your naivety.

Would you rather have us follow through, even at the risk of a GBP fighter losing?

What if it was YOU making the call? How would you handle it?

wow, we didn't think GBP and Liles would be such sore losers. Benn was bashing Liles around the ring in the first fight and Liles managed to survive and land a KO punch on Benn who had become too comfortable knocking Liles on his ass and let his guard down at the wrong time. This time Benn was able to land the finishing blow. There is no foul play here, just bad form by Frankie Liles and GBP.

its too bad because the rubber match would have been a good one, but that is fine, Benn got the last laugh and will move on to better things.

Unlike Donald Trump, we can be negotiated with.

You tell Benn to quit hitting Liles during the boxing match....and we will agree to the third fight.

We will of course trust you, if you give your word.

Don't attempt to coerce GBP, or you will be up on charges in a nanosecond.
