As far as I know anything goes with the Minor Titles. Huck is now ranked below the Top 10 so he's eligible for the rematch

Benn was probably fighting the best fight hes fought all season but he couldn't finish Roy and got Knocked out in another fight he was winning.

he seems to get insanely careless after hurting or dropping his opponents, makes for exciting fights but is a bit frustrating.
