Mr. HypeJob has never fought Edgar , who has been on a winning streak and who has been far more active than Aldo. Seems like you are worried about Mr. HypeJob's chances v Edgar.
How is he a hype job? By going up two weight classes and 25 pounds and fighting a guy who is going to be fighting for the WW title?? Not even You really believe that. I know you don't.
I call him Mr. HypeJob for good reason. The UFC hype had the casual masses convinced that a tough, taller and longer opponent from a weight class north who clearly has a far more complete set of mma skills had no chance.

While I do not gamble I do understand how odds making works. The money avalanched in on Mr. HypeJob based specifically on the hype with no regard for the reality of the situation.

Mr. HypeJob believed his own hype. Similarly to Mrs. HypeJob, he had lost track of reality and believed his own hype that it was not possible for him to lose, that no man alive could standup to the left hand he had fallen madly in love with.

Mr. HypeJob still has you fooled. He didn't go up two weight classes. The combatants simply were not required to cut to 155 due to the late decision to use Nate as a replacement. Mr. HypeJob failed at adjusting for that decision.

Whether or not Nate stays at WW is immaterial to the result of the fight. Mr. HypeJob got a dose of the disadvantages his 145 opponents have faced.

Part of his hype is Mr. HypeJob's denigration of current and past opponents with his claim that they resort to panic wrestling when they feel his power. Mr. HypeJob resorted to panic wrestling in order to quit as quickly as possible after realizing his mad love was not enough to defeat Nate and that he was in the process of being beaten down on his feet.

Mr. HypeJob folded himself neatly and put himself away, something that he hyped himself up as preferring to die rather than submit to.

Mr. HypeJobs future involves starving down to 145 in order to avoid fighters his own size. Most likely his future also involves quitting a few more times.
Can't really argue with that. Losing may be good for him though.

They were long odds. I picked it exactly that way over a week before the fight. But when I am here in the states I cannot bet.

I'm not saying he won't fight at WW again, but can you share a link stating that Nate will be fighting Lawler for the title? I've read where they have been thinking about it, but have not seen where it has been made.

Also, Silva fought heavier guys while he was MW champion when he would move up to LHW, than Conor did fighting Nate. Not to mention, successfully. Conor and Nate were basically the same weight when they fought. Conor has fought at the weight he fought at several times already against guys the same weight as Nate. This is not uncharted territory for him. It was technically a WW bout between two LWs.

All this talk about weight, but Conor really hasn't fought a fighter who has outweighed him by any significant margin. On the other hand, he has outweighed many of his FW opponents by pretty significant margins.

come on man, Nate was a much bigger guy, longer taller more reach..it was this not weight that turned the tide in round 2, that and his superior ground game.

as for people cutting weight part of the game dude. get over it.
Uh oh someone with a little MMA knowledge has checked in. Hide the women and trolls and Cmac haters. They are ready to explode!!

The weight being 170 not making a difference is the point here. Diaz isn't a WW and Connor was set to fight at LW anyway. There was likely very little difference between their weights in the cage. Sure Diaz is taller/longer than Connor but he had that advantage over most lightweights. He also generally lacks in terms of physical strength compared to most lightweights. Being taller and having a longer reach does not equate to being bigger. Rangier for sure but not bigger. Would you say McGregor is bigger (or at least as big as) than any lightweight champion in UFC history? He's as tall as all except Pettis (wiki) or within an inch of any (Sherdog) and looked taller that RDA when they faced off. On top of that he has at least 2 inches of reach on all of them.
Weight was a huge difference and why you guys can't get the part and understand the part that if everybody fought at walking around weight boxing and MMA would be so different it would be unrecognizable. What is so hard to understand about the fact that guys are only good for what they can cut down to?? hard to understand huh??

All fighters starve themselves to get down to the lowest weight possible. Jon Jones does not fight at HW but he walks around over 230+ why are you too stupid to understand?? Is old age catching up to you??

Point being, Nick Diaz didn't cut weight and still slapped your girl Connor. I understand weight cutting just fine, like I understand how hard it is for you to struggle through life day to day, without any self worth. It's ok though. I'm certain you won't be around for much longer...all that inward rage will eat you up

True.

But, as Conor, when he steps up in weight, he fails miserably. In other words, we are the big boys, and he is getting slapped around. All he can do in defense is misquote and constantly tell us we know nothing of MMA.

You don't even understand weight cutting 101. You expect Tanzio to know about weight cutting? He is like 80 man and does not even know what MMA stands for. Let's get this straight CMAC's PPV vs Diaz appears to be the biggest grossing event in the history of the UFC!! Man you must feel so dumb denigrating him. You see he knows exactly what he is doing. You do not. Your small, pea size brain cannot absorb it. His next fight will be vs. Aldo and it will be one of the biggest rematches in the history of the UFC. It will not be Edgar. Diaz, a WW will be fighting for the title vs. Lawlor if he wants it. As for me? I called the Cmac fight exactly at odds of +350 on the win and 10 to 1 on the submission so for those looking for my next great pick stay tuned. Tanzio and ImpracticalMMAjoker will be waiting for that too. They also need a lesson on weight cutting 101 because they are really dense but I now realize that will require a Special Ed class for them. Does anyone have a Special Ed. certification here? If so I will pay for ImpraacticalMMAjoker's class Tanzio is on Social Security and can pay for his own. Let me know. Thank you.

Cmon you know that is not going to happen. Eventually he won't be able to make 145, that is true. But he made 145 fight before last. His time at 145 is not done just yet. I think he can fight both before leaving. Edgar will possibly a good fight but CMAC would be the favorite there in that matchup.

Good breakdown :D

This guy Lance is clearly on the wrong side of the mental health system and should be put on ignore.
Not my fault that you know nothing about MMA and boxing and weight cutting. All fighters are only good for the weight they can cut down to but you are just too stupid to understand the concept. You cannot be helped. You are simply TOO STUPID. That is from me to you.

You are awful angry about nothing aren't you? Did you catch sight of yourself in the mirror before posting?

Point being, Nick Diaz didn't cut weight and still slapped your girl Connor. I understand weight cutting just fine, like I understand how hard it is for you to struggle through life day to day, without any self worth. It's ok though. I'm certain you won't be around for much longer...all that inward rage will eat you up
Nick is his brother this was Nate fucktard.
