Pulev UD, though a late stoppage wouldn't surprise me. Their styles match up well, but Pulev is above and beyond Del Boy.

Pulev wins this

Pulev on points.
Pulev isn't a world beater, but he's better than Chisora & we all know what happens when Dereck steps up in class.

Pulev wins this one early. Delboy's chin ain't what it used to be.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
I went for Pulev on points but I wouldn't be surprised if he forced a late stoppage. Pulev has far more to his game than Chisora and it will show.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
I'm going for Delboy. Second round stoppage.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
Pretty much how I see it. Although Chisora is such an enigma, I wouldn't be surprised at any outcome.punchoutsb wrote:Pulev UD, though a late stoppage wouldn't surprise me. Their styles match up well, but Pulev is above and beyond Del Boy.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
Pulev is actually decent, if not a little bland. A typical eastern bloc amateur-style heavy.wesshaw1985 wrote:who leaves with the EBU Title and a shot at the Martin/Joshua winner?
Chisora's best two nights were many a year ago now - so I'm going for Pulev.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
Pulev without much difficulty.

What's that based on?keithmoonhangover wrote:Pulev wins this one early. Delboy's chin ain't what it used to be.

His fights since Haye. He's been wobbled a few of them and the Haye fight itself.BitPlayer wrote:What's that based on?keithmoonhangover wrote:Pulev wins this one early. Delboy's chin ain't what it used to be.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
chisora is the danny Williams of his day, his performance is based soley on how he feels rolling out of bed on the morning of the fight !
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
Hard to say who's gonna win. For me, they are both very bad fighters. I had no doubt that Pulev would have lost to Klitschko. Pulev didn't face anybody good. He's slow and got weak power. He has a nice jab, that's it. Chisora he's also slow, but he got a very good chin and stamina. Technically is less than Pulev. Probabily this bout will end at points.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
Great bad fight.
Someone told me Chisora was genuine top 15 world heavyweight the other day. Was shocked that, on paper, they aint far off.
Pulev UD.

Pulev points. It's a good fight on paper but in reality it could quite easily be a snoozefest.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
I must be in the minority that still rates Pulev.
Maybe just outside top 5.
Chisora makes him work hard for it, but wins virtually nothing on route to a points loss or mid to late stoppage

I think Del Boy takes this. IF he turns up motivated.
If he turns up not caring then Pulev takes it easily but if Chisora shows up giving a crap then I think he'll squeeze out a points win.

Does anyone know if this will be on UK TV? Same night as Crolla v Barroso so I'm hoping Sky manage to tie it in with that card.

should imagine Sky will pick it up, they have a close working relationship with the Sauerlands and the winner will be a potential future opponent for AJ...Stuarty30 wrote:Does anyone know if this will be on UK TV? Same night as Crolla v Barroso so I'm hoping Sky manage to tie it in with that card.
Re: Dereck Chisora vs. Kubrat Pulev - May 7th 2016
Yeah hope that's the case. Could actually turn out to be a decent fight if Chisora turns up half bothered.wesshaw1985 wrote:should imagine Sky will pick it up, they have a close working relationship with the Sauerlands and the winner will be a potential future opponent for AJ...Stuarty30 wrote:Does anyone know if this will be on UK TV?
