Pacman v Larios

Larios must fancy his chances a bit, leaping up two weight classes to fight Pacman sounds like a dangerous proposition, because Manny now looks very solid at the weight.

Pacman is rapidly building a very impressive rap sheet, if he adds Larios will be a good victory despite the weight hopping.

Noticed that Morales wanted to face him again but only if they fight at 135, does he see much advantage in the extra 5 pounds, he didn't look particularly solid at the weight in their last fight, so not sure what advantage it would bring.

Would make more sense to have that fight at Feather. Manny could still make that weight I think, he only moved up for the big fights didn't he?

Very interesting, this should have happened years ago when both were 122 champions.

Got to think Pacquiao will be stronger, Larios is tough but has had some toughies in his time - and if Vasquez can hurt and stop him twice, then what is Pacquiao going to do.

Having said that, Pacquiao still has got one eye on the September rubber with Morales.

Personally I don't want to see another match with Morales. He beat him decisively the last time out and judging on Morales' gradual slide and Mannys reaching his peak I think it would be finished in even shorter time in the rubber match. Barerra would be a better fight to silence all his doubters once and for all. Who knows, maybe even Scott Harrison if he gets by Guzman and moves up.

Amen, wouldn't like to see Morales get hurt for nothing!!

Larios will be destroyed if he gets in with Pacquiao, as will almost anybody. The only way to beat Manny is to get on the backfoot, outbox him, and hope you don't get tagged. I figured Morales as the only guy who could manage it...... How wrong I was, but Larios????? He just goes toe to toe, Manny would punch hime silly!!

As much as I dislike Pacquiao's style, he is #1 in the division, and a force to be reckoned with!!!!

Marquez has the blue print to beat Manny. If it wasn't for that horrendous first round he would of cleary beaten Pacquiao. No one of name value will fight Marquez now though, he's too huge a risk for little recognition to the casual fan for beating him. Marquez is one of those "what should have been" fighters, he should of been in there with the Barrera's and Morales' of the world as well.

I think it is because he hates making weight, he was bitching about it after the last fight. I suppose i might mean hehas a bit more stamina.

I wouldn't like to see Pac Man v Larios. In any case Larios v Vasquez IV is a heck of a fight already.
