What's funny about that?

It's a voluntary defence and a very good one.

Never heard of Medina. He doesn't seem up to much though looking at his record.

Degale stops in in 6 rounds.

Am guessing this is degale's mandatory? Decent defence for Jack! Can't say he's looking for easy defences!

Decent defence. Bute gave DeGale a hard night. Bute hasn't done much to merit another shot and is coming off a defeat. Can't blame him for taking the chance though.

Bute brings big money to the table. Great fight for Jack.
Glad De-Gale is getting his mandatory out of the way. Jack or Bute rematch would both be tough winnable fights.
If Ramirez beats Abraham that opens more doors for the super-middles aswell.

DeGale by a dominant points decision for me. DeGale is a fighter who is growing on me massively, couldn't stand him around the time of the Groves fight. At least he should get a deserved big fight later in the year.

I've always liked the guy but more so recently. He was a bit of a weapon in the Groves build up years ago but Groves tends to bring that out in folk! He's not the most articulate but he has personality and is pretty likeable. His win against Dirrell gets overlooked a bit I think. It was a fantastic win against a top top fighter.

DeGale has a good chin and although i cant remember him being wobbled he has been troubled on occasion where he's had to retreat to the ropes,Medina has power no doubt and the KO over Love was a big win at the time but more often than not he fails at the higher level,he's beeen KO'd by the other champs Jack and Ramirez and i reckon DeGale will make fairly light work of him,his accuraccy proving too much for Rogelio and KO will be inevitable

Strange that Bute has walked right into another title fight,i wasnt that impressed with his fight against James,ok most were but i thought he lost comfortably,im starting to believe that Jack is better than i gave him credit for,i put the Dirrell win due to Anthony being crap that night but he surprised me by beating Groves fairly easy,he'll beat Lucian easily too i feel,on points
