Mike Oliver From The U.S. Went to Heartpool to Box Isaac Ward (Commonwealth Super Bantamweight Title) but because i had boxed 2 days Previous the in Denmark the ABA wouldn't let me but i did box him as a Pro. Sure there is a Few more (maybe i shouldn't of had that last fight :box: :witzend: , Need to get out my Medical Card and have a look through.

Who won between you and John-Boy? He seemed a right handful in the pro bouts I saw him in. Tall, lanky and with quite a dig.

How many am bouts did you have in the end?

I Beat him really good fight gave him a standing count in the 2nd round. I won 1st 33 ending up having 61 as a Am. Still looking for the Medical Card :witzend:

John is Nice fella, his father was a great trainer. Do you know what there up too now?
John Snr passed away quite a few years back & I'm sure John didn't fight again because he didn't want to box without his Dad in his corner

When I worked on the door I used to meet at least a couple of schoolboy champions every night, who had beaten an assortment of pro champions.

How's it going, Ashley? Hope things are going well, I remember reading an interview with you where you were really honest about depression etc, it was really moving and thought provoking.
