Andre Ward The Most "Mysterious" Boxer Today

Post by bnovelist »

The hype and anticipation of him moving up weight, just one weight class is causing alot of stir. Would Canelo cause this same buzz moving up to

160lbs? No....People are freaking intrigued to see how he looks in his new weight class. Ward isnt the money fight but he's the #1 guy on people's

minds as Floyd heir apparent! He's been Floyd's heir for years now and now that Floyd is gone all eyeballs are on Ward :bag: :bag: :box: :TU:

The last time there was a stir of a fighter moving up in weight was Roy Jones Jr to heavyweight challenging John Ruiz for a portion of HW title. :bag:

It's all going to fall about when Kov chins him.

In fact, I doubt the fight will even take place. Ward will duck him the way he ducked Bute.

It sounds like you want him to duck Kovalev. Because obviously he's saying he might fight him next or the fight after depending on what Roc Nation is going to do. And remember it was Roc Nation who signed the deal with HBO for Ward to have a three fight schedule with Kovalev being the third fight. The first fight obviously got cancelled back in December. So we'll see what happens. I imagine after Barrera Ward fights Pascal or Chilemba if the Kovalev fight is not scheduled next for him.

Nope, I want the fight to take place because I can't wait to see Ward get chinned.

I'm pretty sure most of the hype and anticipation revolves around Kovalev chinning him. As far as excitement goes Ward tops out around 'meh'.
