Gisselle Salandy's Record Changed??

Hi,

A couple of months ago (about September or August 05?) when I last browsed the records, Gisselle Salandy of Trinidad and Tobago lost to Ann Howard on 14 October 2000.

Now today I noticed that lost has been changed to a win?

How is that possible? As I know she did lose to Ann Howard. Also when was that changed made?

The latest timestamp on the fight is jan. 25th 2004.

Is it possible to find an additional source on this one. I have found Boxing records is not always accurate on their Won-Loss entries. Possibly FightFax or some other known entity.

Have some patience with me, but what exactly is a time stamp?

Also did G- fax have her fight original as a lost, then it was changed to a win?

Or / and did Boxrec received information from another source that stated that loss was an actual win?

I can look for some info on the above fight, but it may take a while.

The timestamp just means that there havent been changed anything on the bout since jan 25th 2004.

WBAN also shows this as a Win for Salandy. Looks like the correction is OK. Unless you have documentation (preferbly the newspaper) to prove otherwise the correction will stand.

Salandy’s record on page 535 in 2005 FightFax agrees with BoxRec.
