Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
He deserves the lot including the deduction, this is a boxing match not a whinging contest, not too mention the constant spoiling,if he keeps it up i'd lke to see him DQ'dHorse wrote:Gavern doesn't deserve this level of disrespect.
Terrible commentary.
Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
Allen has a lot to learn. No head movement and smother his own work by falling in. Probably a good job Towers did get ill, for all his limitations I dont think he'd have had a problem with this.

Towers v Allen would be awful, but possibly great at the same time.

Some great odds out there for a speculative punter's fun bet on Bizier.
Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
Well that was sh1t.

Yeah he just walked in straight lines headfirst allowing Gavern to fight even more dirty. Gotta impress when you fight on TV but in his defence it was an uphill task against Gavern tonight.Baboon wrote:Allen has a lot to learn. No head movement and smother his own work by falling in. Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
Shambolic, hopefully the BBBoC don't let Gavern fight over here again. Allen too easy to hit.
Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
Always difficult when you get a late replacement.Allen is better than he looked there but does need to work on his head movement.
Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
How was he playing devil's advocate there?
Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
Glad you got something out of it Horse, but I thought that was pathetic. One guy who wasnt fit or ready and another who was bang average and couldnt adjust, no matter how much the commentators filled their pants about him.Horse wrote:It wasn't that bad.Baboon wrote:Well that was sh1t.

Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
Gavern kept ducking too low leaving the back of his head an easy target for Allan sometimes although not always
I need to see Allan again before judging him,Gavern was frustrating as hell coupled with fact he(Dave) was on TV

Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
Dave Allen v David price why not......
Re: Sheffield RBR 26th March
I see worse than that on pretty much every show.Baboon wrote:Glad you got something out of it Horse, but I thought that was pathetic. One guy who wasnt fit or ready and another who was bang average and couldnt adjust, no matter how much the commentators filled their pants about him.
At least something interesting was happening.

Glenn McCrory is agony to listen to. He can't seem to concentrate his thoughts at all. Is it me, or is he worse than usual tonight?
