Matchroom sponsor "ABA's".

Matchroom Foundation sponsor Elite Championship's. We all joked about Matchroom ABC/GB, but it seems we called it right! A podium squad member told me on Sunday the Matchroom boys, especially Joshua, are constantly there.

It's not exactly a secret. GB probably list them as 'sparring' for the elite squad. In reality though its unfair on other pro's who weren't part of "Team GB" and don't get such privileges.

Seems like Luke Campbell has decided it's not for him though and working with Rubio must be a bit of a kick in the teeth to the GB lot, seeming as Rubio was a decorated Am coach.

Did he moan about Froch using the facilities for years ?

Why are millionaire boxers such as Froch and Joshua being given access to these publicly funded facilities ? - do they pay to use these facilities ?

Quais Ashfaq has been sparring Martin J Ward daily, Dalton Smith doing sprints with AJ. I suppose this sponsorship deal is at least pumping some money back in.

Is he actually 'Peoples Champ' now, I know McDonald used to announce him as 'Future Peoples Champ' but I didn't realise he'd been elevated to FULL 'Peoples Champ' does this mean that the title of 'Future Peoples Champ' is now vacant?
