Helenius sucks. Chisora gave him a boxing lesson and he's nothing more than a journey man.

Terrible loss for Helenius......Duhaupas is tough but he hadn't shown any power against top 50 opponents and shortly before this couldnt stop a journeyman who has been knocked out a bunch of times.

Unless his source is the same as mine it's true. Helenius got KO'd. Dropped twice.

Now Molina is going to beat Adamek and people can shut up about Wilder's opponents.

Helenius is a solid win for Dohoupas :)

Adamek is done anyway...it's just a matter of whether he still has enough left to beat mediocre guys like Molina.

The Duhaupas win looks better now though.

This time Helenius actually was active with his left jab, but fought maybe a little bit open while Duhaupas was constantly just stepping forward forcing Helenius back to the sides. Helenius did land a few strong ones in the beginning, but got a nose bleed that never really stopped. Still I thought Helenius was winning the first few rounds before the first knockdown. Duhaupas finally knocked him down with a bullseye in that nose and Helenius fell on his back and was down for good. He tried to get back up, did, but fell on the ropes, down again, and the referee stopped it at 3:08. That's what they announced the stoppage as. Helenius was down for a long while. They gave him oxygen and held him down for a little longer before letting him stand up. He sure was disappointed after the fight judging by his tone of voice when he gave his final words to the local audience. Pretty bad evening for the local folk who saw two of their favourites knocked out in succession.

Juho Haapoja was knocked out by Lodi. That fight was held just before the main fight. Both of those knockouts actually looked very similar. The irony...

Helenius was always a plodder with overrated power.

People wanted to believe in the myth that he was very good as opposed to accepting the reality that he was never anything special. His lay off done him no favours either.

I think he had a bad shoulder injury in his right shoulder that led to his overall career decline...
