I always enjoyed watching Tomasz in the ring. He would have had better success staying at Cruzer but at his KO loss to Molina. Time to hang it up before he gets hurt.

One of those fighters who was a superb cruiserweight but moved up chasing the big money at HW. He was 215lbs (ish) for a bit at HW, giving away ridiculous height, reach and weight.

Adamek Haye wouldve been good around 2007/2008!

Adamek is a true ring warrior. followed his career from start till end. Adamek was in so many wars. He had the best recuperative power i have seen in the ring. He went down a few times but would get up, regroup, recuperate and win. Weight became a problem though and it was apparent vs Dawson... His move to cruiser was great... i really hoped for a Haye vs Adamek clash at the time... His move to heavyweight just sealed his warrior status... taking massive punishment to please the polish fans.

Do not worry, he will retire simply because there would be impossible to find anyone offering decent money for his fights (and he is not broke, so he doesn't need to fight for any kind of $$$ just to pay the bills).

Already his fight with Szpilka was lucrative (for that kind of fight) mostly because both fighters were Polish... from boxing point of view it was completely useless and only proved Adamek was shot.

Adamek needed to stay away those last 2-3 rounds. He had to know he was well ahead.
