Jim Neill - White City club, Belfast?

I wonder if anyone knows where Jim Neill is these days? He was a multiple winner of the Irish light-welter title in the early 1960s, and emigrated to Canada. I lost touch with his career after that.

He was completely bald - not because he shaved his head but because he had some disease that caused him to lose his hair, and used to come to the ring with his head covered with a towel. He was in a different league to most of his competitors in Ireland and England (won against England in an international), but got stopped ion the Olympics by a Russian (or may have been a Hungarian)

I spoke to him a few times outside the National Stadium in Dublin on "fight nights" and he seemed like a really nice guy.

Often wonder what happened after he left Ireland?
