Wow, so far nobody voting for Warrington!
Re: Josh Warrington vs. Hisashi Amagasa
I like Warrington by decision...I don't think he'll get dropped multiple times like Rigo did either.

I agree. Because if he gets dropped once, that will be all she wrote.crusader wrote:I like Warrington by decision...I don't think he'll get dropped multiple times like Rigo did either.

I see Warrington winning by a wide decision around 118-110.
He's got the ability to outbox him. Josh really improved in 2015 and looked very impressive.

Gone for Warrington points. Don't actually think he'll win but he'll get the decision unless Amagasa wins clearly.

Thought he looked very "meh" vs Tubieron...think he'll be at Amagasa though, wide decision though have some problems en route to the winPredatorHayds wrote:I see Warrington winning by a wide decision around 118-110.

Amagasa is dangerous. We saw that when he fought Rigondeaux.
He'll be even more dangerous at featherweight.
The question is, will Warrington slip up?

The only footage ive seen of Amagasa was after the Rigondeaux fight when i seen highlights,i was told the knockdowns he scored were flash but i thought he hurt Rigo from what i seen, just looking through his record a lot of his losses are by SD and MD,this is a good test for Warrington,he seems to be passing all the tests so far and has come further than i ever thought he would go,he hasnt got much pop but he's got an aggressive style and he sets a frantic pace,i suspect he'll go the distance again but win a deserved decision setting up the Selby fight in the summer at Elland Road

More than welcome.
Amagasa is 9/1 to win by stoppage...it's the only way he'll win in the UK...might be worth a dabble

Excellent retirement plan!
Re: Josh Warrington vs. Hisashi Amagasa
I'm going with Warrington by Decision, though it wouldn't surprise me if Amagasa stopped him. Competitive matchup

Props to Eddie Hearn for making such a dangerous and exciting fight!
I favor Amagasa by KO.

Can't help but watch Amagasa's KO of Nagata and think "what if he lands an uppercut like that"...
Re: Josh Warrington vs. Hisashi Amagasa
Warrington sucks. Laughable that he's -1000 but fighting in the UK will do that. He just needs to hear the bell and not get knocked down 4 times on the way.

Re: Josh Warrington vs. Hisashi Amagasa
Looks like the bookies ove seen money on Warington late,Amagasa by stoppage up to 10/1 and Amagasa to just win 5/1...
Re: Josh Warrington vs. Hisashi Amagasa
Amagasa is wide open, but he can certainly bang. Long odds on him scoring a stoppage seem pretty generous... might be worth a punt.
Re: Josh Warrington vs. Hisashi Amagasa
Good fight; I had JW up 115-113 but I think his limitations were clearly exposed.
The 120-107 card may also be the worst I've ever seen.

Had it the same and could see anything from 116-112 to 114-114. I can't think of a worse card off the top of my head. I don't recall seeing a card that I genuinely can't understand like this one. There was nothing approaching a 10-8 round in this one. A very long ban is in order.crusader wrote:Good fight; I had JW up 115-113 but I think his limitations were clearly exposed.

Worst card I can remember aswell.crusader wrote:Good fight; I had JW up 115-113 but I think his limitations were clearly exposed.

I'd love to see Amagasa over here again. He seems to enjoy fighting, unorthodox and he's got a fantastic uppercut from range.
I had it 116-112
