I believe Garcia was offered a Crawford fight back in like 2014 which he had no interest in. Thought he deserved pac despite beating no one anywhere close to 147.

That link is from 2016. Why would bob arum offer a fight to a fighter who has shown no interest in fighting in years? There is nothing in your link that refutes my suggestion that Garcia was offered the fight a couple of years ago.
It's not about what date is on the link, this shows you that this has been going on for a long time if anything else. If that was not true then he would've already had a fight or two in between.
Stop focusing on the date when this was published and look at the fact that MG has been on the shelf but not out of choice, he's the one who took Arum to court complaining of not getting the fights he want, not the other way around.
Oh did I mention he won too, that says that the Judge saw right through Arum's bull and that he was the lying bastard and gave MG his freedom from Top RAPE.

Yep he wants to be a cop. Mikey was never in love with boxing. He made a living at it because he was good at it but did not have a passion for it at all and that is why he missed weight a couple times.
