Post millenium, Sultan ibragimov is my choice. Jaysus, Wlad had harder nights over shorter fights. Chagaev is an honourable mention.

Haye would beat both ibragimov & chagaev in my eyes.

How can anyone not vote Martin.

Got the title by doing nothing when his opponents knee went and gave it away in his first defence doing nothing.

Ibragimov at least beat Briggs and did 12 with Wlad ( which at the time I remember being a dire fight)
