I am curious about the knowledge or experience of posters re training, nutrition and adding muscle naturally.

As I have said before, I am a 30 year fan of boxing, die hard and i am also an experienced and current natural bodybuilder. I train five days per week (not just pushing weights, I train with method), I do cardio every day, I have pre workout, post workout nutrition, I weigh my food, I could and calculate my macros to an exact number, I post on the UK's biggest natural bodybuilding forum, I have helped my best mate to three british titles and two world titles and a pro card and been to three World Championships with the British team which includes a couple Heavyweight Champions of the World. I study the sport, listen to podcasts with the legends, I have met and trained with the greatest bodybuilders on this planet. I know something about this one subject, not many things I know a lot about to be honest, but I know this.

And let me tell you, I do not know anyone, not one single person, including all of the very best, who has found the way to put on the same amount of muscle as AJ naturally. I do not know how it can happen naturally on an already trained and muscular man. Someone wrote about the index and yep, those numbers do not lie and anyone with those numbers are normally branded fake nattys.

I am not going to write that AJ is on drugs, I actually like the guy and think he MAY be the future of the sport. I am just saying I know this stuff, I know guys who are the most genetically gifted men on the earth and they cannot do it despite only training to do it. And they do not do all the cardio and fitness stuff that AJ does which should make it even more impossible

So it's virtually impossible to achieve even if it was just pure weight training?

It seems you dont know anyone who tried. He doesnt have that much muscle if you ask me. Athletes in other sports subject to rigorousness drug tests have bigger muscle mass.

From the olympics to now I'm certain it is 2 to 2.5 stone, Tony Bellew eluded to this on the next big pod podcast, well I took it that way, I got the feeling Bellew is suspicious of AJ
One thing I'll say for Bellew, he really does seem to despise drug cheats. Definitely get the feeling he is suspicious of a few of his stablemates...
Bellew has it on his Twitter profile that he hates drugs cheats.

People criticise him and Fury for looking out of shape - but there is a big part of me that believes that what big guys who do 12 week intensive camps eating and training correctly, actually look like.

My opinion is 70% of top level boxers are cheating.

What's kind of nice is ones that clearly aren't like Fury & Bellew are beating them :box:
Classic case of thinking that being ripped with a 6 pac is the only side effect of being on steroids.

Can you order a Sky PPV if you don't have a Sky subscription?

Sorry if this is a daft question :maybe:

Funny you should say that as I think that 70% of humans are pointless breeding pointless non thinkers.

Do has i do ,, Ignore him , see AJ for what he is ,, a guy who won the olympics based on being the home boy not the best ,,, a guy who has been fed handpicked opponents who have no interest in winning ,, a guy who's feet are sluggish and punches just has sluggish , a guy who's chin is debatable , a guy who is so muscle bound he's getting slower very time he fights ,, a guy who most think is a cheat , a guy who looks at the camera smiles and recites what he's been taught , when all along you know if he had'nt of made it in boxing , he'd probably be running with his old mob in London .

A guy who by and large is just another hype job , who's been brought along to make a promoter money and milk the public , a guy who will probably win another 1 or 2 world titles if the right fee's are payed to get the right people rated and in opposition , a guy who will duck the true champ of the IBF (Fury ) a guy who only won the title through the back door because the real champ was stripped .

Well you guys can do has you want but me , i will never pay good money to watch a hype job like that , stream it , wait for u tube if i could be bothered ,, but Pay money ,,,NO WAY

Bad main event, but a decent night of fights honestly. Matthew Macklin Vs Brian Rose being my favourite.

I quite like Coneye's use of "has" instead of "as".

Wasn't that long ago Sky had said they were doing away with PPVs and they did for a short time. Seems as if they're ready to rape the pants right off us every chance they get now.

expe wrote: Fat free mass index is more than enough proof, depending on his body fat % Joshua is likely somewhere between 26 and 27, as low as 25.5 if you want to be very generous to him. Been plenty of research into it and most say that anyone over 25 hasn't got there naturally, some will say 26. Certainly fair to say that anyone between 25 or 26 it's more than reasonable to suspect them of using something, over 26 and they definitely have.
Except that isn't what the research states:
Similarly, a sample of 20 Mr. America winners from the presteroid era (1939-1959), for whom we estimated the normalized FFMI, had a mean FFMI of 25.4.
As it is a mean FFMI of 25.4 that shows you would expect some non-steroid users to register higher than 25.4.

Reading the paper it is an FFMI of 27 that very few non-steroid users exceed.

edit:

This shows the FFMI found by the study are much greater than those you quote.
