With his skills and the money he earnt he was always going to be sitting pretty. Things wrong with it may have been him under-achieving and becoming unpopular in his hometown. Still, at least his brothers got a few quid.

Since when has the fabric of a gym ever had anything to do with the creation of a fighter ? People make gyms - fighters trainers etc - at all levels. His own gym was a palace - but did him f@@k all good did it ?

I find it very sad that he comes across a little lonely these days and very few people from his home city hold him in any regard at all. I'm not saying that his indiscretions leading to a time at her majesty's pleasure etc wouldn't have occurred had he stayed but you never know.
The one thing however that must absolutely cut to the core for any elite sportsman is any thought of "if only".
I'm sure if Naz was honest he has those feelings when reflecting.

Ohh i its a proper glamorous place sheffield got the snooker and all sorts.

Seemed a tad demeaning given their history with the man. But yes they were successful prize fighters, u can't knock their careers at all. Despite what people say about games unfulfilled potential.

Yeah, that's got to be utter tosh. Hampstead has got loads of 20 million pound plus houses, then there's that place Sandbanks or something it's called in Devonshire.
The actual stat (for what it is worth) as I remember it from the previous election is that Hallam is the richest constituency outside of London and the South East. The metric used was household income per annum.

Naz boxed for 20 odd years won countless amateur titles was world champion 15 or so defences, lost to an all time great, gave it one more go knew the fire had gone out and sailed into the sunset. In Hamed's eyes he had done enough
