It's further afield but try Kieran Farrell's gym. Believe it's towards Oldham. He's a nice guy, so maybe drop him a line on Facebook or Twitter first and let him know your intentions. It's called "The People's Gym".

Kieran is an up and coming trainer and he's dedicated, hearing good things about his gym it's well worth having a look, don't think Ashton Albion are up to much bit crap to be honest an pat Barrett is more of unlicensed gym now so steer clear of white collar stuff, good luck

There's collyhurst&moston
Tommy Mac runs it,nice bloke
I dunno if he still does but Pat had the pros from there
And there's north side in clayton :TU:

Is Barrett's gym unlicensed? Some of the Black Flash shows at Middleton etc have been great and fighters have gone on to bigger things.
