Chris Algieri

Post by DrunkenBoxer »

I like Algieri's bring it on, game style, reminds me of Gatti. I just watched him against Khan and considered Algieri's lack of amateur experience he did pretty decent. Hopefully, he's still improving his game. I'll be rooting for him tonight.

Can anybody confirm the number of rounds tonight? Differing sources between sports books and boxing sites are saying 10 or 12, as of Today.

Yep. If Provo wasn't so lazy and finished him, he wouldn't even be fighting on this level.

I think so too. It will be a good measuring stick with Pac and Khan. Spence will show what he is made of tonight, and I have high expectations.

Jfc it had better be 12 rounds or whoever put it together should be shot, or at least slapped.

Algeri is hanging in but losing every round. Algeri if nothing else is a tough guy and will not quit here. I just do not see how he wins.

Really? Algieri is made of granite. He will take a beating for many rounds. Maybe all 12.

Spence is a glorious body puncher. Really sits down on those hooks to the solar plexus.

I agree with you he is rugged but he is not granite chin. He is just tough. Really tough. I would say Vitali or Oliver McCall are granite chins. Those two guys never were knocked down.

You mean to tell me that little Phillipino or Tim Bradley want any of that dude?? No they do not. That was a BS PPV last week. Spence would beat down either one of them.

He is a beast. He would do the same to Bradley or PACMAN. Nobody wants this dude.
